Privacy Policy

This service has no accounts and collects nothing that identifies a person. If it were breached there would be nothing to take. No name, no contact, no address. Apart from the rank record below, what you leave stays on this device.

The board colour you choose is kept in this browser only. It is never sent to us and it disappears when you clear browser data.

  • Your play leaves this device only when a finished daily match goes to Gwirae Rank (below). This game does not even save your progress. Reload and you start the day's board again. The same day is always the same board, so nothing is lost.
  • The server counts anonymous totals only: the date, a step name such as whether the screen opened or a game ended, the interface language, and a rough referral label. What you played is not part of it.
  • To cover running costs this game may show Google AdSense ads below the board. Google may use cookies or advertising identifiers for that, under Google's own policies. Your play is never sent to the ad side.
  • When a match ends we may send the result to Gwirae Rank (ranks.gwirae.com). That address then sets one cookie (a value that tells returning play apart, without a name or contact). Adding your name to the board needs a separate login there; without it you appear unnamed.
  • The record we send holds the two rules you picked and your answer at each town offer (buy or pass). Gwirae Rank replays the whole match, rival moves included, to count the result and your vs AI rating. It deletes match records after 90 days.

Keeping and deleting

Anything stored on your device goes when you clear browser data. The anonymous totals on the server hold no value that leads back to a person.

This site is served through Cloudflare, which injects its own visit-logging script into our pages. We did not add it, and we block the browser from running it, so those records do not leave. The tag itself is still inserted upstream, and we would rather you knew. The address of this app sets no cookies. If you post a score to the leaderboard, the leaderboard service (ranks.gwirae.com) sets two cookies (rk_k and rk_s) to recognize your device.
